Welcome to my herbal practice. I am a consultant medical herbalist, based in Uphall, West Lothian in the Central Belt between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

With a career in the private and public sector I understand the pressures of modern life and the challenges to integrate healthier lifestyle options and strategies into a busy schedule.
I am a member of the National Institute for Medical Herbalists (NIMH) which is the largest professional association of western herbal practitioners in the UK. It was founded in 1864 and is respected nationally and internationally.
As a NIMH herbalist I am committed to practise herbal medicine to the highest standards in adherence to the NIMH Code of Ethics. It covers my obligations to you as a patient, my practice, standards of behaviour, safeguarding, handling of concerns to name a few.
As a member of the NIMH my clinical practice is grounded in the tradition of Western Herbal Medicine combining conventional medical sciences and diagnosis as well as plant medicine also known as phytotherapy.
